I. Client Guidelines (Please Read Carefully) 1️⃣ Event Overview Theme: Chinese New Year Photoshoot Shooting Time: By confirmed appointment only (please arrive on time) Location: To be confirmed by our staff Suitable For: Individuals / Couples / Families / Parent & Child 2️⃣ Booking & Confirmation After submitting the registration, our team will contact you via phone or messaging app to confirm the time slot Limited availability, bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance 3️⃣ Outfit & Makeup Outfits: Please provide size and style preferences in advance. The Family Package includes one child under 150 cm in height. Participants 150 cm and above are considered adults and will be charged at the adult rate. Please inform us in advance of the number of participants and their height to ensure proper preparation and pricing. Makeup & Hair: Makeup service availability depends on the selected package If makeup is included, please arrive with no makeup or light makeup 4️⃣ Photoshoot Guidelines Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for preparation Kindly follow the photographer’s guidance during the shoot Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times Any special requests (props, additional participants, specific poses) should be communicated in advance 5️⃣ Photo Delivery 6 edited photos are included in package, extra edited photo could be requested with extra fee Editing turnaround time: approximately 7–10 business days Final photos will be delivered via online gallery or other agreed methods Editing style follows the photographer’s artistic direction; minor adjustments are supported 6️⃣ Copyright & Usage Copyright of all photos belongs to Vancouver Hanfu Culture Association Clients receive usage rights Selected photos may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in advance 7️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation 48 hours or more before the shoot: full refund or one free reschedule Cancellation within 48 hours of the shoot: non-refundable In case of force majeure (weather, emergencies), rescheduling can be discussed
