取消政策

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 30% cancellation fee or no refund. Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed within 7 days based on the policy above. No-shows: If you do not arrive for your booking and fail to notify us in advance, you may forfeit your reservation and deposit. Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your reservation may be adjusted, shortened, or canceled depending on availability. You may request changes to your booking, subject to availability and possible additional charges. Changes to bookings may not be allowed within 12 hours of the reservation. Special requests should be made at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, they are not guaranteed.
