Photo Consent and Release

By submitting your information and uploading a photo, you grant the Vancouver Hanfu Society irrevocable permission to use, publicly display, and reproduce your image on our live event screens, social media channels, and other promotional materials without compensation.

You warrant that you are the original creator of the photo or have obtained necessary permissions from the copyright owner and any individuals depicted within. The Vancouver Hanfu Society reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any uploaded content at its sole discretion
